I had done a Gpay transaction of Rs 2000 on June 25, 2022. The UPI transaction id is 217661813334. The transaction was shown successful but the said amount was not credited in receiver’s account. I raised complaint with Gpay and the complaint number is 7G3XQ. I spoke with their support but they are unable to resolve my issue. GPay said they had raised the complaint to my bank with the reference/compaint number 8-9813000032760 but the bank is not responding. Besides I also visited my bank and raise the issue but bank people said GPay is not under RBI and so they could not help me. I tried raising the complaint with NPCI through their online disputes redressal portal but still no response from NPCI too. Hope I could get some assistance regarding this issue from here.
