Text of Complaint by VISHNU KUMAR MEENA:

Sir. My name is Vishnu Kumar Meena but earlier my kyc is done with my brother’s name Vishal Meena. Now after several years paytm is freezed my Wallet and Paytm Bank account due to mismatch of name of account “Vishal Meena” and Pan with name “Vishnu Kumar meena”.
In this regard i have tried many time to update my own name Vishnu Kumar Meena on Paytm app & I have talked many times with customer care but every time they give me a new idea to resolve this problem.
The problem is remaining unsolved. So plz do something regarding this in favour of me because my essential works are pending without paytm wallet and Paytm Bank.
