I have applied for a job at ESENTIRE NETWORK, Jaipur based, proprietor company, a freelance job, on 5-Jan-2021, agreement was also made on the behalf of company.
I was performing well but suddenly my ID (provided by company) got locked and for few days I was engaged in some emergency work. But on 26-Jan-2021, suddenly, I was contacted by QC person (advocate as described by the person, I don’t know whether he was right person or not), and was asked to pay 5600/- as a penalty + 2000/- as a court fee. Also, he asked me to pay 4800/- for unlocking my ID, (Though it was mentioned in agreement, but I haven’t heard any where that a company takes fee from his employee to unblock his own id, it is company’s responsibility to monitor that thing).
But I have also put my problems in front of him several times, that my ID was locked at that time, I was not able to do my work then, and ID wasn’t unlocked till date. But he was not ready to listen a single word from me.
Also, he forced me to pay the said amount instantly and threatend me to drag to court and police station.
Is this company, ESENTIRE NETWORK, a fake or real?
