I have ordered Redmi note 7 pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB , 6 GB RAM) my payment id (313354611), transaction id (1465987030) and paid Rs.2999 through online transfer on 07 april 2020 , 01:39:13pm . Not yet received the phone. And payment is also not refunded. Their contact no: or website is not working now. Online Cyber Crime case So please do the needful to get the refund.
