we purchased poco m3 phone from amazon on 13 june 2021 through prepaid mode and on 15 june we received a watsapp text regarding that our order has been canceled. and we were told to pay the same amount of money to the respected back account and after ignoring the message received we received a call and he threatened us to pay the amount or else he will freeze the account. we were also asked to apologize and were said to sent an apology mail.
here i kindly request you to take strict actions against the perpetrators
