On 26 th may we booked a trip for leh- ladakh ( flight from mumbai- srinagar dept) &( flight from leg to mumbai return). We booked it by pushpam travel- run by Abhishek kotwal, he in actuality didn’t make any bookings. We called vistara airlines itself they answered that your names are not in the flying list, auto cancellation was done by the airlines as agent didnot do the payment, we even called the places for stay as per given in itinerary. Even they said no booking are dine by abhishek the agent or his pusphpam travels. We then asked him for refund, we mailed him but no response was shown. We called him many times but he is just bluffing around and asking to give him time. He is just building up mental stress and wasting the time. He hasn’t given any receipt, not even cancellation form, we want refund
