On 22.07.2020, I received a call from (Mobile No. 7982676192) a  lady saying she is providing online data entry work for a  company name  “wiseword technology” and she said she is providing part time job from home and in it I have to fill 700 form and Rs. 30 per page  will be paid to me after completing the work and she said first i have to fill a online registration form in which my aadhar card copy, one photographed and scanned signature were taken by her after that she said you can start this start from tomorrow but first you will receive verification call. On 22.08.2020 I received a call from a number but shockingly he didn’t spoke a word and after that I call back to lady who filled my form but her number was switch off. from that day to  present I an not in contact with the company from any means of communication.

That on 25.08.2020 I received a call from mobile no. 7064158860 and he said he is an practicing advocate in Maharastra and said that a case is filed  against me in Aurangabad district Court and said a legal notice is sent to you on your e mail id for breach of contract and said arbitration proceeding will also be initiated against me. On 26.08.2020 I again received a legal notice asking me to pay around one lakh rupee to settle dispute.

Sir/Madam the said advocate is harassing me and trying to extort money from me, he is threatening me on calls, meaasges and what’s app, sending fake notices, case no, which are incomplete and same are not even signed by the advocate or any legal officer of company and the advocate is using the letter head of bar council of Maharatra in its legal notices. and most shocking is that they are giving one day time to settle the dispute.
