I used jio fiber device with company’s 30 days free trial offer and i disconnected my device within 30 days but two employees of jio fiber misuse my information which i given to them and resume my connection
And retain my device by recharge so that i can’t get refund amount of security which i deposit before trial….now company is saying that you can’t get your refund amount due to retained connection
Even i didn’t retain. And i informed them many times…now i am feeling helpless and i want my money back
