I ORDERED A MOBILE PHONE SPERIA K5 FROM THE SITE OF BOOK MY PHONE ON 23-11-2019 ORDER NO.7634311910 BY PAID RS.4449/- THROUGH PAYTM TRANSACTION ID IS 201911231112128001101688947 BUT AFTER I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS no +918448440689 BUT COMPANY HAS NOT REPLY & I HAVE GIVEN VOICE MESSAGE ON THIS NO. ALSO I HAVE TRIED TO DO MAIL ON SUPPORT@BOOKMYPHONE.IN , BUT SHOWN DOES NOT EXIST THIS MAIL ID, THEN I AM COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS WEBSITE I DIDN’T BELIEVE WHETHER THEY DELIVER GOOD PRODUCT OR NOT. SO PLEASE I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS WEBSITE NAME BOOKMYPHONE. PLEASE HELP ME TO REFUND MY AMOUNT/MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have simply been cheated by you. I ordered for a NEW SPERIA M30S mobile phone and you sent me SPIRIA mobile phone simply a lower quality spurious one . Please arrange to refund my money already paid to you. I am sending you back the spurious mobile phone you sent (DTDC Courier Consignment No. V57293934 dated-11.12.2019) . If you fail to do so I shall taken up the task of a whistle blower and spread this message of your cheating in all the social media sites namely Facebook, WhatsApp, Quora, Tweeter, Instagram etc. hope good sense will prevail and you will do the needful.
This may kindly be noted that your customer care no.+918448440689 is unresponsive. We dialled this number many a times but to no avail.
