I was booked bus from mathura to delhi of 15 August and boarding point was 4:51pm. I was waiting for bus almost 3 hours but no one has called me. In make my trip website there was one number of operator but that was unavailable . i called make my trip 100 times and raise a request almost 4-5 times but still no one is helping me. At the end bus did not come and I caught train. So please request you to refund my money ASAP.
