Hello Sir/Mam,

This is Suraj Kumar. I have an account on Flipkart Pay Later i.e., 7779929567. I ordered a product on 24 Nov 2021. And that product was an empty box. So, I raised a return request regarding that product but they didn’t validate my complaint and also blocked my account. I have talked many times to Flipkart customer care regarding unblocking the account or as well as sent a link for the payment. But they didn’t do anything. On 26 Feb 2023, I talked with an executive of Flipkart and he said that the amount is already paid on 17th Feb 2023. The amount is Rs 2359. So, after talking to him, I checked my cibil report and the amount is still showing as overdue. For this, I talked to the customer support of IDFC Bank, and he also told me the same thing that your overdue is visible. He said that if the payment has been done by Flipkart, then you can ask for an email confirmation from them and send it to us on our email. After getting your payment confirmation we will close your account and your cibil score will also be updated. Today, I got an email from Flipkart where he mentioned that there are no dues on your Flipkart Pay Later. They are not providing me with the actual proof of payment like Transaction ID, and Payment Mode. Jis se mera cibil score pr bhut impact ho reha or nahi mai credit card issue kerwaa paa reha hu na loans mil rahe further studies liye.

This thing is happening since the last year. No one helps me regarding this.

So, I am requesting to you please help me in this matter.
