I had to reach Surat today anyway which is not possible because of airlines. I booked the flight many days ago. Because I wanted to arrive soon. And that is no longer possible. My name is VEKARIYA BHADRESHKUMAR RAMESHBHAI & PNR No. 2JPZ68. My name is POKIYA SMIT RASIKBHAI & PNR No. SYKUXS. We both wanted to reach Surat tonight. My flight time was 14:50 which was changed to 17:30 and further changed to 19:15. I’m missing my appointment. And I am going to suffer a lot because of the delayed flight. If they will arrange other airlines so that will be ok for me but need to they make arrangements for Surat or Ahmedabad. Honestly i will make many many loss. It is flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad (9I-695) on 24/05/2023 which was supposed to depart from Delhi at 02:50pm but it has been rescheduled to 05:15pm without proper intimation to the passengers and there was no staff to answer the passengers and also the non of alliance air executive has answered the customer care calls. So i kindly request the authorities to take action against the airlines
