Hi I had booked my honeymoon package from Make My Trip site which included my flight. Right before 5 to 10 days of Trip my Go Air flight from New Delhi to Port blair And Port blair to New delhi got cancelled. Make My Trip asked to me to book my ticket in order to continue to my rest of the trip. I was forced to book ticket on my own. After 15 days of Journey i haven’t received my refund of around 40000 INR. When asked for it they told me to ask Go Air which i did. Go Air aksed to get a form filled so that they can refund which only Make my trip (Agent) can get and fill. So i asked Make My trip to do so. They doesn’t respond and closed the tickets raised couple of time without solving or contacting. This is my Pnr DEJQ9U and PFTY9E .
