Dear Sir,
I got call from Mobile no- +923110929525 on 17/9/23 at morning around 10 am regarding Loan repayment of loan borrowed from CashPocket, I ask him to send the detail as I was applying Loan on 12/9/23 from CashPocket App, I received the information from Facebook regarding Low interest Loan offer. I downloaded APP and uploaded my PAN Details, ICICI Bank Account Details and my photograph. However, without my final consent and knowing terms and condition I received amount of Rs 9600 (In three transaction of Amount Rs 3600, Rs 3000 and Rs 3,000) in my ICICI A/C-022501519932 on 12/9/23 evening.
No communication regarding disbursement, interest or repayment was done with me, Since I received money and got call on 17/9/23 regarding the repayment, I asked the calling person to tell me the repayment process. He told to pay through UPI ID from CashPocket App and give transaction no. he will update in the CashPocket App. I saw the amount pending was Rs 5,000 from CashPocket , Rs 6,000 from Dynamic Loan and Rs 5,000 from Pocket Borrow) respectively which was too high. Ask him to provide some rebate. He told you kindly pay the CashPocket borrowed amount only and as per his direction I paid for amount with transaction ID against settlement of all three loan.

Since I paid total amount received on 12/9/23 I asked him to update the same on CashPocket App but he is again saying pay Rs 1010 then he will update in App. After doing Payment when I am trying to update in CashPocket App it is showing the UTR is already used. Since I am getting Calls from other mobile no (+923270962673, +92 3407583946) also they are saying to pay pending amount and continuously threatening me and sending porn pics of mine and my family members and send the same to my family mobile no. I am really feeling too much deprived and got cheated by online Fraud. Therefore, Request to kindly register my complain (FIR) online and take appropriate action . I shall be very thankful to you.
