Dear sir,
I (Manjunath) purchased the fastag for that I have been asked to download airtel payments bank app and then I did all the required procedures.
At the time of of purchasing the fastag the person enterd the details wrongly later they have freezer the account. I have called many times their customers care wrote mails, each time they are asking different documents. 3yers transaction details where as I opened this account 3 days back.
