My name is uttam sharma and Iam using your number 9779522283.I have actived 799 rs family plan on this number.I am trying to add 2 numbers mentioned below in family plan for free.

2)9817493644
But Iam getting error due to your system fault because you have changed your internal softwares.My parent numberis in old software and these 2 numbers are in new software.
I have already filed a complaint at airtel store, called customer care several times.This is going from 1 month but still no resolution.
The solution I need is:-
1)The rental discount of 299 on my number should be kept activated.
2)The bill for the above 2 numbers should be waived off and the numbers need to be added on my family plan.
3) I need compensation for my bill as well
Otherwise, Under consumer protection act, I will file a complaint in consumer court stating the harassment I have been through,the rude behavior of the employees,no solution for the complaint.
Please its an humble request to contact me and get this problem resolved asap.
