On dated 12/01/2022 a auto transaction of Rs.470/- jio recharge has been done from mobikwik, I had written file a complaint to Mobikwik but case is still open and unnecessary penalty imposed and through mail threat me about legal action, now with panelty payable amount is Rs. 1782/- requesting you to please solve this issue ASAP as after 20th dec penalty amount increase to 2400/-, I want to settle this issue by 20th dec please help
