Hi, this is Sreedhar Addagatla , i was placed a order on 11/02/2023 through napptol service which is juicer. at the time of order the picture shown as good quality but i received different product that is worthless and cheap quality. i was contacted several times to customer care person regarding this issue but those persons are said that there is no order on your mobile and the order id wrong. i cleared mentioned and i sent pictures on napptol what’s up but same answered i heard from the person. napptol creating cheating offenses and cheating the customer regarding products and not giving proper answers. i want justice on this case and take the strong action on napptol.ORDER details :9844-558 ,sub order id:7363441275 and my registered mobile number is 9505050305
