Hello Airtel,On monday 15th June, i have attempted to recharge my Mobile No 9929025305for that i have done 3 transactions one by one , in which the first 2 transactions got failed , amount 379 & 149 rs respectively.It has been 72 hours since no refund was processed yet to my account .i would like to know the reason behind the delay of refund Please do the needful to make refund as soon as possible.
Also my existing pack was going to expire on 16th june, but the new pack started the day i recharged which is 15th june. so please check its validity also.
I have tried to connect with customer care but it’s not possible to connect after multiple attempts. waiting for your kind reply as earliest
