Text of Complaint by T Giridhar Rao:

Dear sir,
It is to inform you that yesterday dated 29/08/2020 I had done transaction to recharge my airtel TV using my ucobank debit card for Rs 520/- via platform airtel app, the Txn ID is 200829921395. the transaction is failed and amount is debited from account.
Kindly do the needful to revert back my debited amount.
