This is chandrakant Pandey having registered mobile number 9874579944.
I have placed an order of Albumen care powder mango flavour 400g 2 piece on 4th Aug of order number #21637369536 worth of Rs-2154.
Same has been delivered on 8th Aug’22, as the order was cash on delivery mode and nobody was there at home except my mother who is senior citizen person. She has given 3000 Rs. by mistake and as a return , delivery guy return only 350 amount whereas he supposed to return 850.
I made a complain against the same on 8th August night itself so that concern can be addressed immediately, you customer service representative has taken the complain and assured within 24 working hour you will get refund of extra money which is 500 but till now I didn’ t received any update from you side.
Now they are just delaying the things and telling me to connect with Courier Partner. How do i know about the courier partner or courier guy who deliver the goods. Delivery team is maintained by flipkart health+ team i believe.
Requesting team to kindly address the issue and initiate for the refund of 500 which your delivery guy has taken extra.
