On 26th August, I filed a complaint in jeeves consumer services that my tv is suddenly stopped while working and it is just showing product brand name along with red light blink.
They told me give me 1-2 days we will provide a technician visit at the same time I got mail from Jeeves that our internal system is down give us 2 business days for escalate your issue.
Okay I waited then after two days they told me same thing
Please give us two days,and This time your query will solve definitely
I waited two more days then after today I mailed them regarding my issue then they are telling same thing
It’s almost 7 days and they are making fool me that give us 2 days more.
They have charged 1200 rs for two years extended warranty and in the name of customer loyalty they are making fool
Many persons told me Jeeves is a fraud they charged amount after that if you need them regarding your product repairing they only manipulate you and at the end they vanish
Please ? give me the permanent solution , like me many other customers fooled by them.
Please do something needful actions against them
