I have done many attempts for converting my physical sim to esim for my iphone XR. Neither the customer care(121) is responding nor the airtel store at portblair, andaman is responding. They are not helping me since 1 month. Even i contacted through facebook messenger also, they are bluffing n cheating me since 2 weeks. They are not at all responsible regarding the issue. I am recieving this message whenever try to message for esim conversion “We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.”
Please register a complaint against airtel for bluffing and cheating customers.
