Dear Sir/Mam,
I’m writing this mail regarding a fraud which was done to me by Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd 418 4th floor, Tower-2, Pearl Omaxe Building, Netaji Subhash Palace Complex, Peetanpura, Delhi 34.
On 29th June 2022 I got a SMS from the company regarding EMI deduction alert for Home loan, which I never availed from the company, YES !! I had applied for this loan from them, which I was refused due to extra charges ( Bribe ), which was demanded by the company’s employee.
I didn’t understand, If there is no amount that has been credited as a Loan into my account from Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd. So why am I receiving messages and calls from them?
I also don’t understand , without submitting my PDC & final consideration of the proposal letter and without signing agreement how the finance company can proceed with their process.
I urge you to kindly investigate this matter as soon as possible, as I am getting mental harassment from the company for paying the EMI for the loan which was not sanctioned to me.
