hi sir my self surendra i am running ksroverseaseducation consultancy and i registered with just dial for leads and they have taken ecs from my account and now due to some personal reasons with out complete starting of my business only it got closed and i am calling to custoner service regularly to stop the ecs and rufund my paid amount of which i have given three months advance at the begining of my package but when ever i contact just dial there answer is not at all proffessional and they are simply saying concerned person will cal and disconnecting the call with out proper response and till now i havent received any update regarding the ecs stop and also there is no other proper channel to reach them and being helpless i contacted u people for help for the pain they r creating me and cheating customers with out proper customer service.
