My mother Ms. Sasikala has been a customer of Airtel Since 2013 and her number is 7708417711 unfortunately she lost her mobile so we planned to get a duplicate sim card, So we approached airtel showroom but the date of birth of my mom was bit different in their (Airtel data base) we were shocked and asked for the remedy to get the duplicate sim, Employees of airtel asked us to pay 595 rupees to get sim card!!! Why we need to pay?? Because they have made mistake by entering wrong information. !! We need solution for this. Airtel show room manager number – 98943 81077 /Manager.
