Hi Sir/Madam,

This is srinu i have opted jio fibre net at visakhapatnam.

They have installed on 22 may 2023

I have paid through my credit card which transaction was not shown immediately so my brother paid through phone pay to one of executive(naveen) imediately, So payment done twice of 2824/-

Immediately i informed to executive they said wait for refund as they kept email regarding this.

After calling number of times executives not responded and TL and manger also not responding,

Simple they are saying not our mistake.
