DEAR AIRTEL TEAM
I Have purchased airtel device online which emi was 2148 everymonth which is deducted from my saving account from your assigned Federal bank but I have to pay monthly Bill of amount 2856 in which emi is included . i have been folllowing the customer care since 4 months but no solution from my problem . They are escalting my mail and giving wrong information . Even they do not know about Airtel office and their mnagement . i am so much frausted and confused that for single bill why i have to pay double .
please help if you want otherwise i have to go to consumer court
