I have bought whirlpool refrigerator on 16 Dec 19 from 3 rd day i am facing icingĀ problem in my refrigerator i have complained about it and one executive came and took photos of my refrigerator and said he removed some tape now it will work properly. Afte 5-6 days againg icicng problem came . Then i again complaint about this. One more executive came and took pictures. I called whirlpool again they said they will change my fridge. After getting all the approval and soo many calls to whirlpool they said my fridge will be change in 1 week. Now it’s been more then 4nd half months my fridge is not replaced by whirlpool and now whirlpool executive and the manager of the service centre is saying that i have to recomplaint for my fridge because all complaints are deleted.
