Dear sir
I am not getting my double data offer as per your policy on using redmi7s handset with recharge of RS 298. But your team is playing game with me by saying that your double data offer is activated. Different people have different information about that one of your colleague told that there is nothing like that(ms.Rekha) sr.team leader. And your back-end team called me yesterday and informed me that double data offer is activated on number. In my Airtel app that data is also not reflecting.
Now please tell me why your company promise such things which you can’t fulfill to your customers. This is very disappointing from your side. Now if you and your company unable to provide the same then why you were promise for that.
I need solution regarding this.
