I’ve received a demand notice from your end regarding the dismantling and handover of RO,
I’ve used the RO for around 5-6 moths and after that the covid lockdown happened, the colleges were not running so we’ve to go back at our hometown, we’ve put request for the dismantle 2 weeks before moving out at that time and told them that it’s a rented house so we won’t be living there anymore but there was no response from the customer care executives, even I’ve shared the number and details of the new tenant who was living there after me but they didn’t pick it up and after that I was getting call from livepure for pick up again and again.
I’ve helped them in every possible way that I could before leaving the flat and even after that as well. It’s a clear case of mistake and carelessness from livepure. I’ve updated all this things to them on 1st legal notice but they didn’t respond to that and now they’ve sent me another legal notice.
