We have raised for deactivation of the sim on 11th July 2022 through email to corporatecare.india@vodafoneidea.com, vsm.kerala@vodafoneidea.com & Savitha.Kr1@vodafoneidea.com after completing the pending payment.
, but still Vi team has not considered our request to deactivate the sim and they are charging us every month for the unused sim.
