I have goven request for discontinuation of fixed line service 01204921148 on 07-01-2019 and i goy a confirmation from airtel via refrence no 103565884 that it wilo be discontinue in next 7days.
I have paid all due amount and after confirmation from the customer care that it has been disconected.
But i got a bill of rs 549 dt 06-02-2019 from airtel and when i called customer care they told me that the service has not been stopped and bill has been genrated for current month.
This is total harrasement from airtel that after confirmation they have not discontinued my broadband service and generated the bill
I am not going to pay bill as i have already requested to stop broadband service and received the confirmation for the same.
I am attaching the confirmation mail received form the airtel
