Daer Flipkart team
This is in reference of my subjected order, as u will be able to check the details, u will find that I have done a purchasing of near about 25k during big billion sale.
Being with you I was really glad and was in high spirits to buy things from Flipkart.
But if you check my entire account, u will find that, there is some enexpectectd delivery issue in last 3 orders.
1. Bed sheet delayed by almost a week.
2. Deodorant spray not delivered beyond 10 days to the purposed date. Finally I cancelled the order.
3. The large category item Devine art season coffee table, which was supposed to deliver by 14th OCT 2021, But yet to deliver.
Continuous change in delivery date makes me very frustrated and feels like Filpkart cheats me.
While checking the details it shows that it has been dispatched from seller end but yet to deliver at nearest Flipkart delivery point.
Currently I am feeling help less as my money and order both are stucked as I am not able to cancel this order too.
Your continuous casual approach to resolve the issue insists me to move on on some other shoping portal.
Where people believe to resolve the issue of the customer.
Hope team Flipkart will not change the dates further and will definitely deliver the order on 28th.
Still it is not showing out for delivery…
