I made a order of one expensive phone on Amazon on 16/12/2020 of worth 30k. As they mention they will make delivery of product by 27/12/2020 by 9:00 pm. Today is 27/12/2020. And still does not get any update regarding my product. According to their tracking my product was delivered to the Ranchi by 24/12/2020. I felt so bad that product was came to the place three days before but still they are not able to make deliver the product before the time..I am upset, because this is the very first  time I do shopping on Amazon for the first time and i order a huge amount thing.. Still they are not made to the time.. I want to file this thing because of their interactions..

I want to make this because i felt so bad.. Please take some action on them..
