Text of Complaint by Abhishek Kadam:

I have place my order on 23rd of June 2024 on the website called imagineonline.store as per the websites delivery policies the maximum delivery time is 5 days. But today on 4th of July about 12 days have passed but the order is still yet to be delivered.

On next day I got email and call from their service team that the Pincode which I belong is not serviceable and if they can deliver to nearest pincode which was more than 150 KM from my location.
I called them and said clearly If you can’t deliver to my location please do cancel my order.

They asked me to send cancellation mail and I sent it.
again they called and said that the order is not cancellable as I choosed particular payment gateway even it is mentioned in their terms that the order can be cancelled anytime before dispatched.
And the non-cancellation is mentioned on payments gateway which is not in terms section.
Then after several arguments and emails they still dispatched the order through third party courier on 27th, 4 days after the order placed.
As per their official email and customer care representee the order should be delivered in 2-3 days.
After around 5 days I called them as the order is not delivered yet and requested to cancel as my other works were pending.
They said that the order will be delivered today which wasn’t delivered.Also I have email about it.
Next day I called again and They said it will be delivered today which wasn’t.
Again I called and they said it is near my location on some Godown and asked to either collect it myself or it will be delivered in 2-3 days.
I’m so frustrated with this type of behavior as I have already paid around 1Lakh rupees and they are neither cancelling nor delivering my product.
I don’t know what to do.
I do have all the emails by them and records of calls and their false promises.
My work is suffering as I have ordered laptop and I haven’t got it yet and I can’t buy here as my money is paid already and they are not ready to refund.

I want to cancel my order and the company should suffer for such a worst behavior.
