Hi, I have purchased a redmi pad from Xiaomi website using zest money as they had an offer during festive season. From 5th January I’m eligible to claim my offer cashback and it should be rightfully credited to my bank account after 5th January 2023 but zestmoney has been delaying this process and I feel like being cheated by them as I signed up to this app only for this offer cashback. I called to the customer care multiple times and even mailed my problem but they didn’t solve this issue. Please look into this matter sir.

Did you receive the cashback post raising a complaint here?
I am also facing the same issue and have raised my concerns multiple times to zest money support team but did not have any luck.
Pls let me know if raising complaint here resolves anything or not.
