he issue that I have experienced was: I purchased redmi note 10 pro from mi store on 5/5/21 via cash on delivery, later got numerous issues in it (overheating, screen flicking, pink tint, battery issue) so requested replacement on 11/5/21 and it was delayed but eventually got accepted after lots of struggle and my phone was picked up from me on 24/5/21.
I didn’t know that this is the day i’m seeing my phone for the very last time!
later on 2/6/21 replacement delivery got cancelled automatically and refund initiated.
STILL HASN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET!!!
I’m literally calling the mi cuatomer support every day for over a month, they even know my name there!
All i ask is if you can, give me my replacement device if that’s easy for you, I’m happy to accept it or atleast GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK,
And for your information the device hasn’t even dispatched yet when it got cancled but they still saying “return is processing”, i mean it’s in your warehouse only!!!
Please give back my refund I’m pleading you!!
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case.
