I have bought a refrigerator from paytm mall under order number 626244743 on 12 October. When i open the refrigerator there is some dents on upper door of it. Due to this i placed an return request whose approval is done by company on 22 October. Till now there is no pickup done by company since 8 days past. If company doesn’t pick this product on time how will i get my refund & how i place a order of new refrigerator.
Please see this matter and take suitable action because i am continuously calling the company from last 5 -6 days. They always assured me to do the pickup as soon as possible & tell that we highlight your case & proceed to senior department.
