This is regarding the installation of Jio Fiber at my new address following a relocation request raised on March 27, 2025 (Order Reference No: LR00000IJDHW). I have already paid an amount of Rs. 1,111, as per the attached invoice copy.
The engineer’s visit was scheduled for March 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM, but no one arrived on that date. Since then, I have registered 10-12 complaints with customer care, yet the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I receive false commitments that an engineer will visit by evening, the next day, within an hour, or by the end of the day (EOD). However, the visit keeps getting rescheduled at different times, and no engineer has shown up.
Additionally, when I requested the engineer’s contact details, my request was denied. I did not expect such poor service from Reliance.
Kindly assist in resolving my complaint at the earliest.
