I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator on 03rd July 2020 at Vijay Sales, Pitam Pura, Delhi, which is delivered to me on 05th July 2020, now yesterday on 9th of July 2020 around 2:00 PM, it suddenly stopped working after various complaints to whirlpool customer care and +919319091052 (executive Mr. Baiju, who presented demo of the product), visited on 10th july around 12:00 and told us that gas is leaked and it will be refilled. When I talked about the gas leakage in the new product he replied very rudely that it is not his responsibility how it happens and just told us option what you want. There is two options, first you can go for replacement, which took atleast 20 days and may be more and second you can go for gas re-filling but after that we will never replace the refrigerator. And he denied to give anything in writing.
I was totally shocked to hear that it’s a clear case of blackmailing to consumer by whirlpool to suffer in hot summer of delhi. First they sold a defective refrigerator and then forcing the customer to accept defective product.
During all this when I contacted to Vijay Sales, even they raised their hands to do anything and told me that now it’s the matter of company policy and consumer.
From the above all it’s quite clear that company and Vijay Sales has very clear intensions to cheat and loot the consumer from very beginning and using the policy to harass the consumer.
I just want all my money fully refunded back to me immediately and vijay sales or whirlpool can took back his defective refrigerator as soon as possible.
