Harassment and unnessary delay in issuing Duplicate SIM Card during COVID Situations.

Currently i am on international assiggnment and my family is having all the SIM Cards(Mobile numbers) in my Name. Suddenly one of the SIM Card has stopped working when it was requested to replace the Airtel Stores in BMTC Vydehi and one in the Whitefield are making unnecessary harassment for my wife by asking silly documents like Family Tree Document which is no where mentioned anywhere. I have provided my consent over their registered Email 121@in.airtel.com Each time i give a call there is a long wait Q and i dont get the answers nor the SIM replaced. Even they are not allowing me to close the account and port to other Service Providers. The Call center and the Airtel Stores are not in Sycnh and doing harassment to my wife by asking multiple docuements.

Hence request you to look into the matter on prioprity and take proper Action Action Against Airtel.
