Text of Complaint by Shrikant Ananat Chawadimani:

I have ordered Philips 5.1 home theatre system from flipkart which was delivered to me on 15.06.2023. when checked the system i found it defective coz 3 satellite speakers were not working. Hence I replaced the product. Seller sent Technician for checking the product & accordingly he visited to my place And he also find the product defective he said that he will update to seller and product will be replaced. But nothing happened. Many times I have called to customer care executive, every time only oral commitment was given but no actual steps were taken for resolution of my issue.. this time I have experienced bad n worst. I have to postpone my opening ceremony due to prolonging of home theatre
