Text of Complaint by Raj Kumar:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Micromax IN 1B MOBILE order no.OD222338583933707000 from Flipkart dated on 17.07.2021. I have received by ekart courier service boy on 21.07.2021 but at that time i have defective product as indicated green light is showing in display every time. So, same time and same day i have complained but my complaint is rejected by flipkart so i have complained again but flipkart rejected and rejected my complaint. So I have complained again but till now my problem is not resolved. Also Flipkart technical engineer visited my hose and check the defective product and confirmed that product is defactive but Flipkart is rejected my problem. Please look into the matter as I have purchased this mobile for online examination of my child as on 31.07.2021. So request you to kindly resolve this issue and refund my money so that I can buy mobile on time for online exam of my child.
