Dear Sir

This is to bring to your notice that I placed an order of Rs 466, at Makhan Bhog,New City Light at 8:00pm on2 December 2020.But unfortunately the amount got deducted  and no order was raised. I Coordinated with the shop but ,they refused for any order being placed through Zomato.

I hereby request you to kindly acknowledge my plight and do the needful.Also let me to know that whether My order will be released or I will get back my amount.

Also should I trust the company in future or not.

Pl do the needful at its earliest.
