Please accept my request mpokket team, writing this mail in a very severe and worst condition our place Assam (silchar) is badly affected by flood & severe rainfall over the past few days where there is no road as well as rail connectivity, communication is very poor, shortage of drinking water & no electricity for past few days, my only request is to please provide me 30% discount in penalty amount of the total loan so that i can repay the full amount now, it would be a great help if you provide some 30% discount in my total loan amount keeping in mind the above factors, as i am not in a position to repay the full amount ( including full interest) hoping to hear some positive reply as soon as possible. I have written so many mails to them but didn’t received any response from their side , they are just charging extra amount please solve it as soon as possible
