My amount of Rs 581 (UTR 117226795005) has been deducted from my account on 21.06.2021 while I was recharge my mobile through Airtel website but my mobile has not been recharge. I complaint to Airtel customer care on 22.06.2021 and it’s representative assured me that I should recharge my mobile again and deducted amount will be refunded within 10 working days. I again called to Airtel customer care on 09.07.2021 and this time representative of Airtel customer care informed me that I should complaint to phone pay customer care. Now I lodged complaint to phone pay customer care and they replied that my payment successfully credited in merchant account. I again called to merchant i.e. Airtel and it’s representative informed me that they have not received my payment. Therefore, it is requested to refund my Rs. 581 at the earliest possible.
