Hello Sir/Madam
This is for your kind information that I had submitted application Fee of Rs. 1500 for PGI ICMR on 3rd of december. First the application was submitted but there was notification that fee is pending but the amount of Rs. 1500 was debited from my account.
Again I submitted fee and the same amount of Rs. 1500 debited from my ICICI account again.
So an extra Rs. 1500 had been debited from my Bank account.
Transaction ID’s for both the transaction of Rs. 1500 is mentioned below:

Kindly check the screen shot attached along with the mail and credit an extra amount of Rs. 1500, Dated 03 Dec. 2020 which have been debited from my account.
