Text of Complaint by Ghanshyam Prajapati:

Sir, my Jio sim(7350795645) was deactivated by Jio company on Saturday. When I called them to ask the reason for deactivation the told that there was incomplete information regarding that sim so they deactivated it. I port this number in Jio around 3-4 months before. The porting process took 7 days at that time they did not took any objection and after so many days they deactivated my sim without any prior notice.
Sir my only concern is that my this number should be activated and I am ready to give my required documents again.
The Jio customer care has not provided me about the incomplete information on CAF
Please help me out
