Hi ,
I had raised a request for cancellation of my Airtel hotspot number: 9741346798 on 17th April 2019. (request no: 31-1399831754086). I had also got a call back from Airtel to confirm my deactivation. Also I had paid the pro-rate bill amount Rs. 379.69 for the Bill period: 23-Mar-2019 to 22-Apr-2019.
But again I have got a bill generated for 23-Apr-2019 to 22-May-2019. Even though I had raised a request for deactivation for number 9741346798.
I called Airtel customer care multiple times to report this issue. They say that they will check with backend team and call be back, but I haven’t received any response yet.
